Payeo
Payeo helps Israeli Shopify merchants turn a one-time purchase into an ongoing customer relationship. The product brings subscription offers, recurring PayPlus billing and a branded customer portal into a connected experience.
One partner, end-to-end delivery
Weblix owned the project from product planning and branding through UX/UI, software development, integrations and the marketing website. The scope connected the merchant’s setup journey with the customer’s purchase and subscription-management experience.
Built around the subscription lifecycle
Merchants install the Shopify app, define a selling plan, choose a billing frequency and discount, and attach it to products. Customers can then select a subscription as part of the store’s purchase flow and manage it through a self-service portal.
The platform combines Shopify, PayPlus and MegaSend to support recurring billing and event-based communication. Its public website and guide library explain setup, payment configuration, retention and customer self-service.

Challenge
Make recurring commerce work locally
The product needed to bring together three interdependent experiences: a merchant configuring subscriptions, a shopper deciding whether to subscribe, and a customer managing an ongoing commitment. Each stage needed to work with the store’s existing Shopify experience and the requirements of recurring payments in Israel.
Connect checkout to the next renewal
Subscription setup is only the beginning. The payment flow must use a compatible provider, including stores with multiple payment gateways. Failed charges need a recovery path, and customers need clear options when their needs change.
Give merchants control without adding friction
Merchants need to configure frequencies, offers and customer actions without a lengthy implementation. Shoppers need to understand the price and renewal terms, while subscribers need a way to skip, pause or change a subscription without relying on a support request.

Solution
A complete product, built by Weblix
We brought product planning, branding, interface design, development and integrations together around one subscription lifecycle. The result connects acquisition, recurring billing, customer control and retention within Payeo.
Flexible offers inside the purchase journey
Payeo supports configurable frequencies and discounts, Subscribe & Save, prepaid plans, build-a-box offers and trials. Merchants create selling plans and connect products through a no-code setup. The published storefront example presents purchase options and savings directly alongside the product selection.
Recurring payments through PayPlus
The payment integration handles recurring charges and retries. Checkout controls can hide Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bit when needed and route subscription payments through the appropriate gateway in stores using multiple providers.
Self-service designed for retention
The branded Hebrew customer portal lets merchants offer skipping, product swaps, postponement, pausing and cancellation. Retention flows can present a pause or discount before cancellation, while scheduled retries help recover failed payments.
Communication and visibility
MegaSend connects subscription events to WhatsApp messaging, alongside email notifications for renewals and payment issues. Subscription analytics give merchants visibility into MRR, churn, customer lifetime value and cohort retention.
Published product indicators
Payeo reports an average 34% increase in customer lifetime value, recovery of up to 30% of failed payments, and 99.9% platform availability. Its website also lists a 5-minute average go-live time and 24/7 merchant support. These are figures published by Payeo; the site does not provide the measurement period or methodology.
